DijleDelta

DijleDelta is an ambitious urban residential project in Leuven, situated along the Dijle valley. On the former industrial site of InBev, a new vibrant district is emerging, bringing together apartments, townhouses and student housing.

Key features include the creation of Sluispark and the reopening of waterways: the Dijle river is brought back into open flow in several places, making water a visible and lively element in the city. Most of the buildings are located along the water, offering views of the park or the river.
