Fjord RED always acts as a professional operator. We start with objective studies to assign the right use to the site, and we choose only project sites where there is sufficient demand. A successful building is one where people like to stay. This can range from short-term rental projects, such as hotels, business apartments or rotary parking, to medium- and long-term rental projects, including student housing, starter apartments and social housing in Belgium. The ultimate goal is always the end-user experience, because a satisfied end-user naturally leads to successful operations and satisfied investors.
We run our operation on a daily basis in-house, based on decades of experience. Under the motto "a brand is a promise," we work closely with internationally proven partners such as Accor. In short, when building as an operator, we always strive to create a positive experience for the end user.
