The Leiemeersen residential project is being built on a unique location on the meandering Leie in Astene. This village lies between Deinze and Sint-Martens-Latem and has some of the most beautiful spots in Greater Deinze. From each apartment there is a view of the water with an underlying nature reserve.
At the same time, Leiemeersen is a stone's throw from the picturesque center of Astene and the city center of Deinze. The wide range of stores, supermarkets and restaurants is within walking distance.
Thanks to a design by the renowned Ghent architectural firm CAAN, Leiemeersen stands out from other projects in several respects. One of these is the placement of the buildings: the three residences are towered so that each apartment has a view of the Leie and views between them are minimized. The vast majority of the apartments have large windows with façade-wide terraces on both the south side and the waterfront.
The unique character of the buildings is accentuated by the choice of materials. The dark facade brick and accents are an eye-catcher and make the buildings nestle subtly into the green surroundings.
Leiemeersen consists of a total of 29 apartments with a view of the Lys River and extra attention to privacy. A large park garden of more than 4,000 square meters will be laid out around the buildings with local plants and trees.
All apartments have a pleasant outdoor space and come with two or three bedrooms. Underneath the three park residences is an underground parking garage with private parking spaces, basement storage rooms and bicycle storage. In addition, this green area is not accessible to motorized traffic, further ensuring peace and quiet.
