Frezenberg will be a unique residential park in Ypres. With 32 energy-neutral and sustainable park homes, located in a private green area, we are creating an oasis of peace and coziness.
The new development is located 2.5 km from the center of Ypres, surrounded by Reinaertstraat and Frezenbergstraat. The proximity of the A19 motorway and the presence of public transport provide easy access to other cities.
The park homes are a totally new residential concept, with an eye for ecology and sustainability, for privacy and comfort. There will be 32 park homes, divided into 2 building volumes. The living area per park home varies from 93 m² to 132 m². The park houses enjoy an optimal orientation in terms of sunlight and privacy.
