Portocolom, Mallorca
Portocolom is a small, unspoiled fishing village on the east coast of Mallorca, within the municipality of Felanitx. The village is built around a natural harbour — one of the largest on the island — and offers a mix of traditional whitewashed houses, low-rise apartments, and waterfront villas. Tourism exists here, but on a far more modest scale than in nearby resorts such as Cala d'Or or Porto Cristo.
At present, there are no active projects within our network in Portocolom. The market here is relatively closed and moves largely through private channels.
Buyers in Portocolom tend to be Europeans — Germans and Spaniards in particular — drawn by the peace, the authentic character of the village, and direct access to the water. Supply is tight, and prices have risen steadily in recent years, driven by limited new development and the enduring appeal of the harbour.
