Dilbeek

Dilbeek is a facilities municipality located just west of Brussels, within the Flemish Fringe of Flemish Brabant. Home to around 45,000 residents, it comprises several sub-municipalities including Itterbeek, Sint-Ulriks-Kapelle, and Groot-Bijgaarden. The area has a predominantly residential and leafy character, with a mix of detached villas, semi-detached housing, and small-scale new-build developments.

Two active projects are currently available within the network: De Katte and Residentie Taelemans. Both names reflect the small-scale residential developments that are typical of the local property offer.
